Dr. Raghu Ganjam, – Medical Director

Dr. Raghu Ganjam is dually board certified in Addiction Medicine and Internal Medicine. He is also a Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine. Dr, Ganjam began practicing with Orlando Internal Medicine in 2003, and with Hope Centers of Central Florida in 2018, where he currently serves as the Medical Director. He will also be serving as the Medical Director for the Addiction Recovery Center in Sanford, which is a partnership between AdventHealth and Seminole County Sheriff’s Office. He is on the Medical Executive Committee at Select Specialty Hospital and is also a Hospitalist/Addiction Medicine Specialist at AdventHealth. Throughout his career Dr. Ganjam has been involved in numerous committees and review boards dedicated to improving quality healthcare and oversight.

Dr. Ravi Akella

Dr. Ravi Akella is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Hospital Medicine. Dr. Akella trained in Internal Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He is an elected Fellow of the American College of Physicians and is also a member of the Society of Hospital Medicine.


Dr. Luis Allen

Dr. Luis Allen is board certified in both general and geriatric Psychiatry. He is a member of the American Psychiatric Association, American Association of Geriatric Psychiatry, American Neuropsychiatric Association, and the Central Florida Medical Society.


Dr. Pradeep Vangala

Dr. Pradeep Vangala is board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Vangala trained in Internal Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He is a member of the American College of Physicians and serves as the Medical Director at Lakeside Behavioral Healthcare in Orlando.


Dr. Aftab Qadir

Dr. Aftab Qadir is board certified in general, child, and adolescent Psychiatry. He has also completed training at Emory University School of Medicine for Electro-convulsive Therapy. Dr. Qadir is a member of The American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, the Florida Psychiatric Society and a fellow of the American Psychiatric Association.
